New York's new anti-sexual harassment regulations are officially in effect.

And yesterday, the State Department of Labor released the final guidelines for employers.

In short, workplaces must have an official harassment policy, provide a complaint form for employees, and hold mandatory training sessions.

The state is offering models that managers can use, but other groups are also offering guidance on the new requirements.
