You've heard us talk about the state legislature's failure to reauthorize a New York City speed camera program designed to slow reckless driving around schools in the five boroughs.
That program expired July 25--and all summer long, advocates and electeds alike have been calling on lawmakers to return to Albany for a special session to re-authorize the program.
