The local chapter of a federal employee union , A-F-G-E Local 3343, is protesting several executive orders signed in May by President Trump, claiming the new stipulations severely undermine due process, collective bargaining rights and restricts job site employee representation.

A lawsuit has been filed against these orders.

Earlier today, union representatives met outside Troy's Social Security Administration, further protesting the removal of A-F-G-E Local 3343 Grievance Vice President and S-S-A claims specialist, Adam Pelletier who has been banned from work since the beginning of July for demonstrating against the executive order.
