A busy week in politics is winding down at the State Capitol.

On Monday, Democratic gubernatorial candidate Cynthia Nixon made her rounds at the Fort Orange Club where she made headlines about weakening the State's tax cap.

Meanwhile, in an attempt to force a vote on an abortion rights amendment, Senate Democrats called in their trump card in the form of Lieutenant Governor Kathy Hochul. But it wasn't enough to get the measure passed.

Governor Cuomo was in the New York City area talking about school safety and gun control,

And in the midst of it all, we look forward to session's expiration, set for June 20th.
