The Working Families Party has endorsed Cynthia Nixon in the Democratic primary for governor. Anticipating the WFP would go this route, Governor Cuomo got key labor unions to distance themselves from the WFP ahead ot time and throw their support behind him. Meanwhile, the state Senate Democrats were able to settle their differences and are back together as one, with the exception of Simcha Felder who is holding out for the results of next week's special elections.
