New York's effort to end the AIDS epidemic is making progress, but also facing a lot of challenges, like the opioid epidemic. Governor Cuomo announced the plan back in 2014 and set the goal of reducing new infections and decreasing the overall prevalence of the virus. That has meant increasing access to preventative measures and also ensuring people with HIV are getting the health care they need. Charles King, the CEO of Housing Works, gives us an update on the progress.
