ITHACA- N.Y. -- The youngest police officer in the Ithaca Police Department, Officer Colin, is coming home, but not before getting a new title.
Colin has been accepted by the Orange Police Department as an Honorary Police Chief in California.
He also received the Medal of Valor and addressed new officers.
Colin Hayward Toland, 9, was in the hospital in California battling an illness following his fight with brain cancer.
