SPECTRUM NEWS VIDEO: For the 2nd time in as many weeks, UAlbany freshman WR and former Troy High School standout Dev Holmes was named CAA Rookie of the Week. This is also the 3rd time in 4 weeks Holmes has raked in this award. Holmes leads the CAA with 587 receiving yards. That number also ranks 2nd in the FCS. UAlbany has a bye this week, but will return to action at William and Mary October 6th.
