SPECTRUM NEWS VIDEO: We've known for a long time that former Shenendehowa standout Kevin Huerter had the goal of making it to the NBA.  Huerter is testing the waters declaring for the NBA draft.  He has not hired an agent, so he can return to Maryland for his upcoming junior year.
