SPECTRUM NEWS VIDEO: The Watervliet boys basketball team cruised to a 97-59 win over Taconic Hills in the first round of the Class B sectional tournament Tuesday.  Joey Atkins had 35 points to lead Watervliet.  The Cannoneers advance to take on Catskill in the quarterfinals on Friday.
