SPECTRUM NEWS VIDEO: The La Salle and Ballston Spa boys soccer teams went to penalty kicks to decide who would advance to the Class AA quarterfinals.  The Cadets came away with the win and they'll meet top seed Saratoga in the quarterfinals on Saturday.
