Former SUNY Polytechnic Institute president Alain Kaloyeros is set to go on trial for corruption Monday.

Several construction company executives will go on trial this week as well in Manhattan federal court.

It's a sequel to the trial that ended earlier this year with the conviction of former top aide to Gov. Cuomo — Joseph Percoco — on bribery and fraud charges.

Cuomo was not accused of any wrongdoing in the case.

Kaloyeros supported the Buffalo Billion program that offered a billion dollars in government money to projects in Buffalo.

Kaloyeros and the three developers on trial have all pleaded not guilty.
