Changes have been approved for Troy’s Dangerous Dog ordinance, following the incident involving Luna the dog

She is considered to be the face behind calls for changes to the legislation, which was on Tuesday night's meeting agenda. Thursday, the ordinance passed unanimously.

It states if a dog attacks another being, animal or person, it has to be put down.

Luna allegedly bit another dog and was up for euthanization, this prompting public outcry.
