A person was killed after a two-vehicle crash in Schodack Monday morning, and another person is in custody.
Kidd, from Michigan, is due to be arraigned in court this morning, according to the Rensselaer County Sheriff's Office.
The sheriff's office says it happened on Route 20 around 12:30 a.m. The road was closed from the Route 20 and Route 9 split into Dover Lane for a portion of the morning.
Authorities are still on the scene investigating.
