NISKAYUNA, N.Y. -- Police say a person was airlifted to the hospital following a serious crash between a car and a motorcycle in Niskayuna Saturday.

Police say it happened on Balltown Road, close to the Mohawk Commons.

There is no word on the the victim's condition.

That stretch of Balltown Road was shut down for several hours as investigators worked at the scene.
