SPECTRUM NEWS VIDEO: More than 30 Capital Region Red Cross volunteers are already down south, doing their part to aid the people in the face of Florence's growing damage in North Carolina. The hurricane was downgraded to a tropical storm Friday. Those volunteers are setting up shelters and doing whatever is necessary to give people in the storm zone a level of relief. Mercedes Williams talked with the Red Cross to find out more ways people can help here at home.
