A 29-year-old man shot earlier this week died from his injuries Thursday evening, according to Albany Police.

Barry Tyce was shot in the head shortly after 1 a.m. and had been hospitalized since.

Tyce was shot inside a North Swan Street building.

Police are continiuing their investigation.

This is the 10th homicide in Albany this year.
