SPECTRUM NEWS VIDEO: For the past few weeks, more than 1,500 fifth graders in the Albany, Schenectady, Troy and Lansingburgh school districts have been learning how to make the right choices. Wednesday, the "Leadership Project" came full circle. The program has existed for the past 7 years and has educated thousands of students. Topics focus on responsibility, community involvement and building positive relationships with law enforcement. Barry Wygel has more from Keane Elementary School in Schenectady.
