A restaurant in downtown Albany is combining the spirit of the original Savoy Ballroom in Harlem with upscale American fusion cuisine.
The former Lark Street staple Justin's Restaurant is now the Savoy Taproom.
The restaurant also hosts different local artists every month and has live music performances.
