In a matter of weeks, thousands of volunteers will roll up their sleeves to prep for the Capital Region's largest Thanksgiving community dinner, but before the potatoes are mashed and the turkeys are roasted, the birds need to be delivered.

Once again, Price Chopper Market 32 has donated six tons of turkeys. Crews packed and delivered them Tuesday morning.

For more than four decades, Equinox has provided 10,000 Thanksgiving meals for people in need. Thanks to the support of the community and nearly 3,500 volunteers, the tradition lives on.
