ALBANY, N.Y. --  Siena College is the place to be this weekend, because the annual Mac and Cheese Bowl is back!

The popular event benefits the Regional Food Bank of Northeastern New York.

The bowl will feature dozens of varieties of the cheesy dish from eateries like Druthers, Slidin Dirty, and Valente's. We stopped over at the Honest Weight Food Co-Op to see what they're cooking up.

There, they decided to focus on high quality ingredients and keep their recipe free from any frills.

"I wanted to keep it simple, because I don't know how many people are trying to represent the simple classic macaroni and cheese," said Honest Weight Food Co-Op Chef Matt Migliorisi.

There are two sessions this Saturday. One at 11 a.m. and another at 12:30 p.m.

Tickets are $20 for adults and $5 for kids ages 5 to 12.
