The Saratoga County Sheriff's Office is investigating a fatal car crash in Clifton Park that happened on Route 9, north of Kinns Road, at 3:45 Sunday morning.
Deputies say 30-year-old Patrick Duff was hit by a BMW. Duff died at the scene.
Deputies say there was no evidence that the driver was drunk or imparied at the time of the crash.
The sheriff's office is looking for the driver of a second vehicle that may have been a witness.
