Whatever sport you choose, it's a great way for players to learn disclipline and teamwork and of course to get plenty of exercise. The challenge for schools is making sure kids get those benefits without sacrificing their safety or their schoolwork. Robert Zayas, the executive director of the New York State Public High School Athletic Association, explains how districts keep that balance.
