SPECTRUM NEWS VIDEO: Khalil Barnes was killed right around the corner from the JC Club, which is run by Victory Christian Church. The group is getting involved in the efforts both to help police catch the shooter by offering a reward for information, and to discourage future fights in the area by putting up a new surveillance system.
