SPECTRUM NEWS VIDEO: The Adirondack Council is criticizing the state DEC's High Peaks Management Plan for not including strong enough conservation requirements. One major concern is that it would include the construction of new roads in the park to accomodate higher traffic. But, those roads would have an impact on water quality and on wildlife, says the council's executive director, Willie Janeway. He joins Solomon Syed on In Focus to discuss the Adirondack Council's view of the plan.
