SPECTRUM NEWS VIDEO: It's an annual battle for the city of Albany, to get enough money included in the state budget. This year, the city is getting $12 million in the budget to help close its deficit, which is just $500,000 shy of what was asked for. City officials are hoping that shortfall won't lead to any significant cuts. Albany Mayor Kathy Sheehan joins the show with more.
