SPECTRUM NEWS VIDEO: Shelters of Saratoga currently operates a Code Blue shelter out of the Soul Saving Station Church, a space that it rents. So it has been looking to find a permanent location with more room to house the homeless in the colder months. Shelters of Saratoga officials were given a monetary gift to build a permanent shelter. Nearby residents didn't want it built in their neighborhood, a challenge that they won.
