STILLWATER, N.Y. -- A Stillwater man is under arrest after he dismantled a wooden deck from a mobile home.
Police say 60-year-old Bruce Welch is charged with criminal mischief and petit larceny.
Officers were called to the Saratoga Hills Mobile Home Park after receiving a call of a man dismantling a wooden deck from a mobile home belonging to the park.
Police say Welch removed the lumber to repair his shed.
Police say they found him as he was taking the wood away.
He was taken into custody and was given a ticket to appear in Stillwater Town Court.
