Albany Police have announced an arrest in connection with a July homicide on Lark Street.

Police said Khaa-Leel Allah, 21 of Troy, was arrested and charged with murder in the second degree following an investigation into the death of James Jones on July 25. Jones, 45, was stabbed in the torso on the 100 block of Lark Street following an altercation, according to police.

Allah was arraigned and sent to Albany County Jail.
