Albany police have made a second arrest in their investigation into a deadly shooting back in June.

Police say Trayron Palmer shot and killed 20-year-old Equan Fallen in front of a Livingston Avenue home on June 12.

Palmer is charged with second-degree murder and criminal possession of a weapon.

The other man police say was involved, Shaquille Moore, was arrested four days after the shooting.

He pleaded not guilty to the same charges in county court back in July.

Investigators have said the shooting stemmed from a prior argument.
