ALBANY, N.Y. — Albany police have made an arrest in the city's fourth homicide this year, which was back in June.
Shaquille Moore is charged with murder for the shooting death of 20-year-old Equan Fallen.
Fallen was killed on the 400 block of Livingston Avenue on June 12.
Police say it stemmed from an argument.
Fallen was hit in the torso and taken to the hospital where he was later pronounced dead.
Moore was arraigned for second-degree murder and criminal possession charges, and was taken to Albany County Jail.
