The human remains found last week in Delmar were identified as a Schenectady County woman who was not reported missing, according to police in Bethlehem. Foul play was ruled out.
Ruth Talmon, 70, was identified by dental records. Police say it wasn't unusual for her not to have contact with family or friends for extended periods of time.
