ROCHESTER, N.Y. — A Rochester father accused in a Halloween night drunk-driving crash that resulted in the death of his 6-month-old daughter was indicted Monday.

Isaac McCrea, 34, faces multiple charges, including vehicular manslaughter and aggravated DWI.

State police say McCrea went off Route 104 in Webster, crossed a service road and crashed into a tree with his three children in the car. Karena McCrea died at the scene.

Police say McCrea told them he was on his way to pick up his wife from work at the time.
