There are new developments in a Saratoga County murder case.

The District Attorney's Office has handed up new superseding indictments after re-presenting the case to a grand jury.

The new indictment includes revised charges, dropping a petit larceny charge against one of the defendants.

Prosecutors say Nikolai Mavashev and Joseph Broscko killed 19-year-old David Feliciano during the course of a robbery in early August.

The two men were originally indicted on 29 charges in September, but a petit larceny charge against Mavashev has been dropped.

Earlier this week, Judge James Murphy raised the issue of unspecified errors during the first grand jury process which could have caused the indictments to be thrown out.

District Attorney Karen Heggen did not immediately return a request for comment, but acknowledged mistakes were made leading up to the original indictment.

The defendants are expected to be re-arraigned Monday morning.
