COLONIE, N.Y. -- Colonie police are continuing to look for the man seen on camera breaking into a gun store on Central Avenue and taking several guns.

The owner of NY Shooter Supply says he feels violated -- and when you look at the small size of the store, you can see why. If his belief that the suspect knew exactly what he was looking for is right, that means he could have at some point been in close contact with that person.

The suspect made off with five glock handguns. Surveillance video shows him clearly going straight towards the case were the handguns were.

The entire situation could have been a lot worse if the store wasn’t alarmed -- as there were 30 to 40 guns on display in the case the suspect broke.

“I mean I had very good security system, good cameras. I didn’t, I really thought that it would never happen but obviously it did and it’s upsetting,” said Matthew Musto, the owner of NY Shooter Supply.

Colonie Police Department says they don’t have any updates to release. But if you do think you saw something, or have any information that could help, you’re urged to call them.
