An Albany doctor has been arrested for the second time in three months, facing sexual abuse accusations.

Seth Kohl was arrested Wednesday and arraigned on two charges of second-degree sexual abuse.

The Albany Police Department says these charges were filed after two additional victims came forward, following Kohl's June arrest.

Police say the first incident allegedly happened in October or November of 2015, while the others allegedly took place throughout 2016.

Kohl had been practicing at Albany Chiropractic on New Scotland Avenue, but his license has since been suspended.

“What’s disturbing about these types of cases is that we go to our medical professionals for help and we put a lot of faith and trust in them, and it’s just disheartening when people come forward with these types of allegations," said Steve Smith, a spokesperson with APD.

Kohl was arraigned and released Wednesday. He’s due back in court on October 27.
