TWC NEWS VIDEO: The 24th Congressional District covers all of Cayuga, Onondaga and Wayne counties, and the western part of Oswego County. The largest city in the district is Syracuse, which is where we are conducting this debate. The district is currently currently represented by Republican John Katko, a freshman who is seeking his second two year term. Katko does not have a Republican challenger but there is a three-way primary on the democratic side. Colleen Deacon most recently worked for New York's junior Senator Kirsten Gillibrand. Eric Kingson is a professor at Syracuse University. Steve Williams is a lawyer and former U.S. Naval officer.
