School districts are supposed to be focusing more on student's mental health, with the topic being added to the curriculum for health classes.

But more than a quarter of districts say they don't have enough staff to provide all the services students need.

That's according to a new report from the state School Boards Association.

The report also found that school psychologists themselves think they spend too much time on paperwork and not enough time working directly with kids.

Tim Kremer is the Association's executive director.
