The general election is right around the corner, this upcoming Tuesday, November 6th.

Democrats are largely anticipating riding a "blue wave" to victory, and Republicans insist their counterparts are too presumptuous, too soon.

But, we've seen a pretty remarkable uptick in Democratic enrollment statewide, comparing Board of Election numbers back in April 2018 to those newly released on this November 1st--as over 100-thousand new Democratic voters have been added to the rolls.

So: is this so-called blue wave a matter of confidence or a soon to be reality?
