Questions concerning an August 20th police-involved shooting leaving a young man paralyzed has prompted the Center for Law and Justice to take action.
The Center's Dr. Alice Green says conflicting evidence shroud the case of 19 year old Ellazar Williams, and calls for a special prosecutor to take on the case.
The police department has since cleared the officer involved of wrongdoing.
