The pro-business Unshackle Upstate is calling for an 'Upstate-focused' debate to be held before the November 6th general election.

The group has also released a series of legislative endorsements, backing lawmakers and candidates whose votes, sponsorships and other measures have been deemed the most taxpayer and business friendly.
