We are five weeks out from election day and new results from a Siena College Poll shows Governor Cuomo with a 22 point lead over his Republican opponent, Dutchess County Executive, Marc Molinaro.
Working Families Party and failed Democratic primary candidate Cynthia Nixon gets ten percent, but she may not still be on the ballot in November.
Meanwhile in the race for Attorney General, a closer race shows Democrat Tish James leading Republican Keith Wofford at 50 to 36 percent, and in the State Comptroller's contest, incumbent Tom DiNapoli leads Republican Jonathan Trichter at 58 to 26 percent.
