Environmental groups in New York argue that state legislators need to act as a counterbalance to regulatory rollbacks at the federal level under the Trump administration.

But so far, the New York League of Conservation Voters is not satisifed with what they've seen from the legislature as a whole.

However, 47 lawmakers did get perfect marks on the group's scorecard for the 20-18 session.
