A new report by the Fiscal Policy Institute and Make the Road New York finds investments by the regional economic development councils in predominantly white communities vastly outweigh those made in communities of color.

In addition, people of color are underrepresented on the councils.

This is just the latest in a litany of criticism of the Cuomo administration's economic development policies, which opponents say requires an overhaul - particularly in light of recent high profile corruption scandals.
