There's been a lot of talk about the Supreme Court and abortion access, but reproductive rights groups are also pushing back against a recent decision by the federal Department of Health and Human Services.

The proposed change to title ten rule would ban health care providers who recieve federal funding from providing patients with a referral for an abortion.

Federal funds already can't be used to pay for the procedure.

Groups like planned parenthood are calling this a gag rule- and urging people to speak out before the public comment period ends tomorrow.
