It's no secret that New York State spends the most money on education than any other state in the country.

Legislation was passed with year's budget that amended state education law--relaxing standards for yeshivas, or private schools for Hasidic Jews receiving state aid.

A lawsuit is currently underway challenging that change, arguing it's unconstitutional and that these children are being harmed and unfairly setback through these changes.

Naftuli Moster of the Young Advocates for Fair Education explains the lawsuit.
