We've been talking a lot about the balance of power in the State Senate recently, and this fall's elections have the power to change the chamber.

For Republicans to keep control, they'll need to hold on to five seats where the incumbent is not running again.

But Democrats think they have a shot at several of the seats- including in the 39th district, where Senator Bill Larkin has served for decaded.

Democratic Assemblyman James Skoufis is running to replace him.
