The plan to build a first of its kind sewage sludge recovery facility into Montgomery County has local officials concerned that the operator will import unwanted, harmful substances into the county, at a negative cost to the health of local residents.
Assemblyman Angelo Santabarbara is calling on the Department of Environmental Conservation commissioner to terminate the plan.
