Democrats won two state Senate special elections Tuesday, which, technically speaking, gives them a numeric majority of 32 members in the chamber. But, this being Albany, things are not quite so simple. Democrat Simcha Felder says he is sticking with Senate Republicans for the remainder of this legislative session.
