New York currently requires insurance plans to include some coverage of infertility treatments. But it does not include in vitro fertilization. The state Assembly passed a bill to change that, but so far, it hasn't come to the floor for a vote in the Senate. RESOLVE, the National Infertility Association, is working to get it passed there.
